The most useful thing you can send us is a correction. Everything on this site is meant to be checkable, which only means something if we act when someone checks.

Especially: tell us when we are wrong
This site publishes a lot of specific, falsifiable claims — study figures, sample sizes, manufacturer specifications, and a great many statements that no validation study exists for a given device. That last category is the one we would most like challenged. If a study exists and we missed it, our page is wrong and your email fixes it.
Corrections are logged visibly on the page, with a date. We do not quietly rewrite errors — see the editorial policy for how that works.
A link to the source makes any correction much faster to act on.

What we cannot help with
- Warranty, returns or device faults. We do not sell anything — contact the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from.
- Medical questions. Nobody here is a clinician, and no device on this site is a diagnostic instrument. If you have symptoms, see a doctor.
- Sponsored placement or paid reviews. We do not accept either, at any price. See the affiliate disclosure.
- Free product submissions. We accept no review units, so sending one achieves nothing.
